Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before renting a vehicle from our company. These terms and conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of both the renter and the rental company.

1. Renter Eligibility:

a. The renter must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

b. The renter must provide a valid credit card for payment and security deposit purposes.

2.Vehicle Usage:

a. The rented vehicle should only be used for legal purposes and in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations.

b. The renter must not use the vehicle for any illegal activities.

3.Reservation and Rental Period:

a. Reservations are subject to vehicle availability.

b. The rental period begins and ends at the agreed-upon dates and times specified in the rental agreement.

4.Rental Charges and Payment:

a. The renter agrees to pay the rental charges as per the agreed rate, including fuel charges, and additional fees (only if any external damages).

b. Payment is usually required at the time of vehicle pickup or as otherwise specified in the rental agreement.

5.Security Deposit:

a. A security deposit of any national ID (such as driving license, adhar card, voter ID) is required at the time of vehicle pickup. 

b. The security deposit will be refunded to the renter after the vehicle is returned.

6.Vandalization and liability:

a. The renter may be held responsible for any damages to the vehicle including accidents, theft, or vandalism.

c. The renter is responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.

7.Vehicle Return:

a. The renter must return the vehicle on or before the agreed-upon return date and time.

b. Late returns may be subject to additional charges as per the rental company's policy. If  the renter delays the drop off  at which he/she is suppose to return the vehicle. They will be charged 100/-hourly . 

c. As per the rules if  a customer is late more then 2 hours the customer will be charged for a whole day.

8.Cancellation and Modification:

a. Cancellation or modification of reservations may be subject to fees or penalties, depending on the rental company's policy.

b. The renter should provide advance notice to the rental company for any changes or cancellations.

9.Limitations and Disclaimers:

a. The rental company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the rented vehicle.

b. The rental company is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the rental period.

10.Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the rental takes place.

By renting a vehicle from our company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties, additional charges, or termination of the rental agreement.
